Emeraude is a Canadian actor who is best known for the fantasy television series Shadowhunters on Freeform and the Venevision television series Cosita linda and Voltea Pa' Te Enamores. She is also an accomplished performer and model. Her birthplace was in Montreal, she was raised in Texas. Her entire life she has enjoyed performing. In her early years she started to train in various forms of dance. At the age of 15 was when she began competing in beauty contests. In 1999, she made her first on-screen appearance in Televisa's children's program El Mundo de los Ninos.
